Compassionate and Collaborative Support
Frankie offers a warm and compassionate space for adults seeking to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, you’ll address the root causes of unwanted behaviors and relational patterns often shaped by past experiences and societal influences. Frankie helps clients deepen their sense of embodiment, build self-trust and self-compassion, and live authentically in alignment with their values.

Frankie has a special affinity for working with creative, intense, complex, gifted, and highly sensitive individuals, as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ and multicultural communities. Committed to being anti-racist and anti-oppressive, her approach respects and values diverse identities.
In sessions, Frankie fosters safety and rapport through a collaborative approach, bringing a person-centered, compassionate, and engaged presence. She values your expertise, welcomes feedback, and uses humor where appropriate. Frankie prioritizes your physical and emotional comfort, working at a pace and depth that feels right for you.
