Child Therapist
About the Role
We're hiring a full-time therapist to join our team working with young children, adolescents, and families. This is a hybrid role, combining in-person sessions at our Durham office with telehealth appointments. Our office has a dedicated playroom to support play-based modalities. Check out videos below!
Start Date: October 2026
Licensure: Provisionally licensed clinicians welcome to apply (LCMHC-A, LCSW-A, or equivalent), as well as fully licensed clinicians.
What You'll Do

Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents and families, drawing on evidence-based and creative approaches

Maintain a caseload combining in-person and telehealth sessions, including completing all relevant documentation

Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians who share a commitment to trauma-informed, accessible care

Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing professional development
